We had a great Easter this year! On Saturday our neighborhood had an Easter egg hunt and brought in lots of fun animals for a little petting zoo. Ethan loved the bunnies and turtles. Although he didn't touch the turtles, I prefer to keep all ten fingers on my child right now.
They also had the Easter Bunny himself in the clubhouse and Ethan got to meet him. He did really well and kind of didn't care much at all that there was a giant bunny holding him.
The highlight in Ethan's eyes was the green egg he found at the egg hunt. Not just any green egg, this particular was his favorite.
No candy for this kid - come on he's only 11 months - but if you try to take his egg be prepared for the screams and tantrums that follow. He loved the egg so much we took it with us to Church on Sunday too. If only I knew something so small could be so all consuming I would have bought a plastic egg months ago.
